Grange Hill to Manor Park

Route: Meet at Grange Hill Underground Station on the Central Line. Take the shuttle at 09:00 from Woodford station, arrives 09:11.
Through farmland to Abridge then into Epping Forest and on to High Beach for lunch. Then through Epping Forest and Wanstead flats to Manor Park Station (on the Elizabeth line).
Notes: Bring lunch as High Beach can be busy. 30 minute lunch stop only. Following the wet winter there are likely to be some muddy stretches still - especially if it has been wet in the week before the walk.
