2. Walks following Christmas lunch 7th December
Please let Emma Dowling know if you will be attending either the afternoon walk (2pm starting at Hayes station) and/or the Xmas lights walk (7pm at Embankment tube exit in Villiers St), so we know who to wait for and have an idea of numbers.

Route: For those having lunch meet at The New Inn, Hayes, Bromley, BR2 7EA, at 12:00. This is located directly opposite Hayes Railway Station (which is approx 35 mins from London Bridge). You must have booked your place already and paid your deposit for this. For the afternoon walk, meet at above address at 14:00 and we will walk from Hayes to Peckham Rye (approx 11.5 miles) partly along the Waterlinks Way. For the Christmas lights walking tour (approx 5 miles) meet at Embankment Underground Station (Villiers Street entrance) at 19:00. This will finish around 21:30.
Notes: Those doing both afternoon and evening walk will get the train from Peckham Rye to Charing Cross (via London Bridge) and will meet others who are joining just for the evening walk. There should be time for toilet stop/snack at that point. Finish about 21:30 in Covent Garden
