Mostly moderate pace (3MPH+) with a few steep ascents & descents that will be taken slowly & surely. Bring torch as sunset is at 16:30, & even at 3MPH after stops the walk will probably end after 19:00. Bring picnic snacks, lunch & fluid as we won't pass open shops or pubs.
