Route: Meet at Marks Tey Station. Take 08:38 from Liverpool Street (8:45 at Stratford). Buy a return to Manningtree
Notes: Average pace 3 miles per hour. Essex Way, Colne Valley, Stour Valley, St Edmund Way & a tourist “paradise” in Constable country. Anticipate to finish at Manningtree station for the 5.20 train. Picnic stops & woodland facilities during the day. Ice Cream & other such delicacies can be found during the afternoon.
