NOTICES 

1) New Members Welcome to the following new Primary members:  Darran Edwards.  Welcome too to the following new Associate members: Jean Robertson,  Emma Crayton and David Olney.  Associate members please do share any walks you do in your local area either on the London group Facebook page or direct to me for our Out and About section of the newsletter. 

2) Elephant, Bear and Bull 100 Volunteers Required for this 100. A fun weekend with social walks, as well as supporting the LDWA flagship event. Another 8 marshalls are needed.  Further details are available HERE 

3) The Coronation of Charles III and Camilla.  Never let it be said that we do not mark historical events here at London LDWA.  Thank you Barry for the following photo.

Meet at Ashford International (trains depart Victoria 07.55, Charing Cross 08.29, London Bridge 08.38 or HS1 from St Pancras at 09.07)

The route takes us up the Stour Valley to the Wye Downs, with their memorial to the coronation of 1902. Then through the woods past Crundale church to the lunch spot at Sole Street. More woodland walking takes us to the Stour Valley Walk, which we follow back to Wye. Finishes at Wye

Bring picnic lunch. Pub at the end if there's a wait for the train! Buy return ticket to Wye
