1) The Capital Challenge Entries are open!!   SiEntries - The 7th Capital Challenge  here  Message from Marie: there are only 20 places left so we expect the event to be full very soon. . 

2)  London Group AGM 22nd February 2023 at 18.30  The venue is the Meeting Room, Crown Court Church, Russell St, London WC2B 5EZ.  More information nearer the date please do contact existing committee members if you are interested in a particular post. 

3)  The Blather Christmas Card in the last edition was correctly identified by Gavin (no less) as The Britannia Inn in Elterwater Cumbria.

The walk follows sections of the Thames path, Waterlink Way and Green Chain Walk. Finish at Eltham Station (or Wetherspoons) around 4pm. There are plenty of exit points for those not wanting to do all of the walk.

General Notes

Recent LDWA London Group Walks

Many thanks to Gavin for leading the pop up walk along the  England Coast Path between Woolwich to Greenhithe and for managing to create the illusion of good weather through the photos:   The newly opened section was a first for the group although it covered some familiar ground.
