3) This Thursdays walk has been postponed due to the tube strike and has been rearranged for 10th March 2022.
4) Susanne has reminded me of the sights that are passed on the Capital Challenge. One is Severndroog Castle which some of us visited on Lonica's walk in January. It is at the highest point of the Capital Challenge and most walkers won’t have time to climb it unless you want a bit more exercise. Well worth a visit before hand with lovely views from the top.
5) It only remains to wish our Welsh members a Happy St. Davids Day and for the rest of us enjoy our pancakes. It seems unbelievable that since the last edition we have armed conflict on the European Continent and I sure that members will wish for a speedy resolution and the restatement of Ukrainian territorial integrity.
