NOTICES
1) I am pleased to welcome the following new members:
- Primary Member Ziggy Brennan
- Associate Members Ilona, Philip, Emilia and Oliver Morgan
2) A date for your diary, 2022 Capital Challenge: Saturday 2 April, thank you Jean for the following information: This is a new route for 2022 and is a walk of two halves. Beginning on the South Bank of the Thames, the first part of the walk heads east to take in London Docklands, Greenwich, and the Thames Barrier. The character of the walk then changes, wending through a string of parks, commons, meadows and woods and peppered with historical and architectural highlights. The route finishes south of Crystal Palace Park. As with the original route, this new route strikes a balance between well-known areas of the city and hidden treasures, with a few surprises thrown in. There is a limit of 200 entrants. This event is for walkers only.
Entries open on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

Property of the Week
A rather impressive house spotted on last weeks walk. Property jealousy is definitely a thing.
