Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path National Trail

This National Trail provides both inland and coastal walking and is made up of two routes: the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path.

The Peddars Way starts in Suffolk at Knettishall Heath Country Park and follows the route of a Roman road for 46 miles (74km) to Holme-next-the-Sea on the north Norfolk coast, where it meets the Norfolk Coast Path.

The Norfolk Coast Path stretches along the entire coastline of Norfolk, from its border with Lincolnshire at Sutton Bridge, down to its border with Suffolk, just beyond Hopton-on-Sea. Note that this path was extended in 2024 as part of the King Charles III Coast Path and not all publications currently include the new sections.
