Eskdale Way

Cleveland, N Yorkshire

A varied circuit of the fields, woodlands, moors and country lanes of Eskdale, from the fishing port of Whitby along the northern side of the valley via Glaisdale and Commondale and looping over the Guisborough Moors before returning to the valley at Kildale. The return route meanders along or near the south side of the dale, looping south to visit Wheeldale and Goathland before returning to Whitby.
