18 miles from the Humber Bridge car park to the Beverley Minster and shown on OS mapping (see Humber Bridge Link Walk). Coincident with parts of the Wolds Way, where its waymarks may be followed, and the Trans Pennine Trail.

The shorter distance reflects changes made since the route was originally devised.
