The Way provides a link between the Oxfordshire Way at Bourton-on-the-Water and the Cotswold Way National Trail at Winchcombe. Whereas its sister route, the Windrush Way, takes to the hills, the Wardens' Way winds through the villages of Lower and Upper Slaughter, Naunton and Guiting Power.
