General Notes
Large free c.p but it is locked at 1800 hrs, so best avoided There is plenty of parking on the road leading to the c.p.
There is currently a road closure on the A 5149 in Poynton which may or may not be open on Saturday but is easily bypassed.
if you are on the A5149 and see road closure signs continue ahead until a hump back bridge by Poynton railway station and take the first right beyond the pelican crossing, Clifford Road, at the top of this road turn left until the second mini roundabout where turn right to put you back on route.
If you are using the A555 continue past signs for Poynton and tirn right at the traffic light controlled A523, continue until a mini roundabout where turn left to put you back on route. Phone me if in doubt
