The atlas uses Ordnance Survey’s 1:50 000 data, enlarged to 1:40 000 for easy reading. Each map page covers approximately 10 x 6.5 miles and the whole atlas covers the equivalent of nearly one and a half sheet maps. The cover is laminated with a comprehensive legend on the inside flaps.
