Lasso Essex - Sunny Sandy Strands (08)

The route leads south to the coast at Lee-over-Sands and continues east through the resorts of Jaywick, Clacton-on-Sea, Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze. After looping around the Naze the route returns to Walton-on-the-Naze by way of Cormorant Creek and Walton Channel. After passing through Walton and Frinton the route heads north to the Wade then west by the water's edge to Beaumont Quay.
