The only information (but there's quite a lot) that we have in the LDWA LDPs database for this route is Walking Englishman Mike Brocklehurst (the route's creator) website: https://www.walkingenglishman.com/dalescelebrationway.htm
Our GPX for this route was added in 2010.

I imagine very few have walked the DCW, at least all in one trip, though many will have walked long sections of it on their own routes (we have). It's all good, Mike knows his stuff.

It's a personal creation that few will have heard of, it won't be waymarked.

Has anyone done this 130 mile walk in the last few years?
It seems to have been constructed by Mike Brockhurst of the Walking Englishman.
Is it route marked at all?
Am thinking of maybe doing the walk this summer over 8 days?
