The 24 mile route is broadly similar to our usual Spring in Lakeland, but starting in Coniston and walking through to Ambleside before returning to Coniston. 50 Mile entrants will follow the 24 mile route and then follow a second loop heading to Dunnerdale and Broughton in Furness. Ascent on 24mile route 4400 ft, ascent on 50 mile route 9700 ft

General Notes
Cut off times will apply at intermediate checkpoints. 2 checkpoints plus meal at finish for short route, 6 checkpoints (indoors) plus meal on long route Navigational skills required. Regrettably no dogs are allowed on this event as it is lambing time in the Lakes. Please bring a mug. Parking and use of shower facilities bookable with entry. Entry dates: LDWA members 15th October, non-members 1st December. Online entries only. No entries OTD
