Gilfach Wen Barn has been converted to provide competitively priced self-catering accommodation for individuals, extended families or groups on a working farm adjacent to Brechfa Forest. Graded as a 4 star bunkhouse,it sleeps upto 28 in 7 bedrooms and has a large kitchen/dining room, lounge and drying room. There is a downstairs bedroom and shower room for disabled visitors. Gilfach Wen Barn is a perfect venue for a holiday or weekend away – if you do not want to drive you need never leave the valley. The barn is fully equipped and the village is within walking distance (1mile). This is a stunningly beautiful area and is far less commercialised than a national park. Within a short drive there are numerous sites of interest and fun things to do for all the family.
