Final recce done 02/05/25. This classic delightful Yorkshire Dales 23 mile walk, is for new & old members & friends of the LDWA, if you have ever been tempted to join in a social walk but for some reason never made it, this walk is for you. Walked at a sensible pace over some challenging terrain, with back markers to ensure no one is left behind or lost. The walk starts from the NPVC (£6.00 all day card payment) & passers through Threshfield, Threshfield Moor, Bordley, Mastiles Lane, the Monks Road to Arncliffe, over Middlesmoor Pasture into Kettlewell, following the Dales way to Conistone Dib, Grass Wood back to Grassington for a well earned drink if you want one! Toilets are at the start & Kettlewell. We will have three stops one around 6 miles & 12 miles & a Ice Creem stop in Kettlewell.
