Salmon Fishing in the Dales. Saturday 26th October 2013. Distance - 21 miles. 12 walkers. Leader - Andy Ward.

Climb in excess of 2500ft. Visiting Feizor, Wharfe, Austwick, Thwaite Lane, Long Lane, Sulber Gate, Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Helwith Bridge, Moor Head Lane, Stainforth and Stainforth Force to see the annual salmon leap.

One Foot in the Gargrave walkout. Saturday 2nd November 2013. Distance - 22 miles. 9 walkers. Leader - Andy Ward.

Visiting Airton, Weets Top, Boss Moor, Hetton Lane, Flasby and the Leeds Liverpool Canal. One walker slipped on Moor Lane just off Boss Moor Lane, Hetton, and had to be taken to Airedale Hospital by the Grassington Ambulance where he was treated for a broken fibula. He was later allowed home.

Burley Bridge Hike. Saturday 9th November 2013. Distance - 20 miles. 16 walkers. Leader - John Sparshatt.

On a very wet typical November day visited Cow and Calf at Ilkley, Windgate Nick, a long section of the Leeds Liverpool Canal near Keighley, Micklethwaite, Bingley Moor, Twelve Apostles and Burley Moor. Little bit of sunshine later in the day.

Christmas Walk Skipton Rail Station. Saturday 21st December 2013. Distance - 16 miles. 30 walkers. Leader - Andy Ward.

An excellent walk and meal at the Herriots Hotel in Skipton was enjoyed by all. Same again in 2014 ?

Addingham New Years Eve Walk. Tuesday 31st December 2013. Distance - 19 miles. 20 walkers. Leader - Andy Ward.

A mixed group of LDWA walkers set off for Simons seat which after a heavy rain shower was clouded in mist. A visit to the Strid and Posforth waterfall proved to be the highlights of the day.
