Circular from Gomshall Railway Station. The walk follows the route of the Founders Footpath Anytime Challenge Full details can be found on the LDWA website.

It visits locations that are special to the history of the LDWA includingThe Old Post Office in Peaslake, Blatchford Down, Steers Field, Tanners Hatch Youth Hostel and Pitch Hill.Anyone completeing it in under 10hours is entitled to a certificate

General Notes
If you do not fancy the full 26 miles then there are short cuts available from Peaslake, making it about 17 miles, or Blackheath, making it around 22 miles. Anyone joining and thinking of taking a short cut should study the route beforehand (please email Alastair for a GPX file) and plot their own short cut. Please let the walk leader know at the start if you think you may take a short cut. Terrain is hilly and we will move at a moderate pace Bring picnic, refreshments and head torch as it will probably be dark towards the end
