Includes paths through areas of reclaimed land - reclaimed sand & gravel pits & alongside the A331 & onto Army/military land. It initially follows the NDW, Blackwater Valley path, Basingstoke canal & a sample of Wellesley Woodland trails in Aldershot. There is also the opportunity to spot several disused army assault courses

General Notes
On a Thursday. Mostly flat, one hill towards the end, moderate pace. There are pubs/coffee stops near the station at the end & it is best to carry lunch, snacks and drinks
