Walk Details:
Climbing out of Meltham to drop down to Holmfirth. Then into Holmbridge village and up to Bare Bones to Snailsden Moor. Moorland paths over Holme Moss to bag a cheeky late afternoon trig. Expect bogs and moorland terrain
