Surrey
Distance
c20ml.
Start Time

Route
Victoria Sports and Social Club cp, 54 High Street, Lingfield, RH7 6AA. We will then walk down to Lingfield station, which is on the East Grinstead line, to meet the train from London Victoria which arrives at 9.11 (assuming that there are no works on the line!)

A first loop from Lingfield, returning there for the lunch stop, followed by a second, slightly shorter loop. The walk therefore lends itself to those who would only like to walk one part. The route is largely flat, moderate pace. The stiles around our area are gradually being replaced by kissing gates but there may be a few old stiles in place

General Notes
For the lunch stop, there is a pub The Star and a cafe, Red Rum. They are likely to be busy as it?s a bank holiday weekend. There are is also a bakers and a Co-op. Those bringing sandwiches will have a choice of resting places
