This route comprises two sections, called 'Sky to Sea: Through the Vale' and 'Sky to Sea: Over the Bwlch', linking the mountains to the sea taking in the spectacular countryside of the West Glamorgan Heritage Coast. There are links with the many other long distance routes in South Wales.
