A circular route which climbs to the top of the Raddon Hills before descending to the village of Stockleigh Pomeroy, then following more paths to Shobrooke then onto the Devonshire Heartland Way to Newton St Cyres and Brampton Speke. After crossing the Exe the route heads north on the east side of the river before recrossing the Exe back to Thorverton. Mostly on paths with some walking on quiet country lanes. some moderate hills mostly in the first half
