Àite Cruinnichidh, 15 miles northeast of Fort William, occupies a unique sheltered spot adjacent to the Monessie Gorge where you can explore remote glens, mountain passes and lochs. The hostel (its title says Hotel) has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, sitting room, excellent showers, sauna & garden. All bedding is provided. Guests enjoy socialising and the natural environment around the hostel (or Hotel)

There are numerous walks easily accessible from the hostel and seven magnificent canoeing rivers within 20 miles. The location is ideal for climbing (rock and ice), mountain biking, skiing or just relaxing.

A warm, peaceful, friendly, country hostel in a converted barn, Àite Cruinnichidh sleeps 28 in eight rooms with all bedding supplied in simple accommodation. There is a good selection of maps, board games, magazines, books and a small reading room.
