Farnham Castle c.p (free), GU9 0AU. There is a train at 0753 from Guildford arriving Farnham at 0816 with a 25min walk to the start. Lifts offered to and from the start from Ash Vale and North Camp rlwy stns (Waterloo and Reading lines). Must arrive by 08:25 and book car seat at least a day in advance with John Goody on 07801 977390

From Farnham Castle c.p the walk crosses & explores the area of Caesar's Camp to the north of Farnham & the surrounding access land including Beacon Hill, the highest point on the walk, at 177m. It skirts the edge of Ewshot and calls at Crondall for lunch. After lunch a change of terrain to agricultural land before joining St Swithun's Way back to Farnham
