Church Barn Bishops Castle

This circular route runs between Bishops Castle & Clun, taking in Bury Ditches, the Walcot Estate & bits of the Shropshire Way & Offaís Dyke. The circle is 23 miles. On Tuesdays & Fridays (when there is a bus service between BC & Clun) people can do just 10 or 13 miles

General Notes
This event takes place over a fortnight so that people can pace themselves. Maps and guidance are provided, and the whole route has arrows which are regularly checked. There is a risk assessment, but walkers take responsibility for their own safety

Entry Details:

£12 (£25 for a family) whether you like an amble or a scramble this event is for you. Taking in Bishopís Castle & Clun, 23 miles of beautiful South Shropshire walks arrowed & also marked on 7 downloadable maps, with separate written guidance if you prefer. Arrows are up for a fortnight. Pick the day/s you walk - part of the route or the whole challenge - itís up to you! Entry is just £12 per person or £25 for a family. All monies raised will be shared equally between Blood Cancer UK & Friends of Community College Bishopís Castle. Get your walking boots on & ready for the stunning May countryside.
