My wife Julie and I are planning a trip from the U.S. to walk the Wales section of the Wye Valley Walk this summer. It will be my fourth LDP in Great Britain and her first. We are concerned that the northern section might be rather hilly and steep. Can anyone give us some tips?

Also, does anyone know where I can get GPS coordinates of the Wye Valley Walk?
