We've also updated the website, which will get more updates as we move through the year, in particular bringing in historic results and pictures of various memorabilia that have been sent in. Website is here: http://www.highpeak40.co.uk/index.html .

Hi everyone!

My name is Chris Billingham, and I've recently taken over the High Peak 40 from the previous organiser, Bill Allan. As I'm sure some of you know, due to many reasons, the event has been run since 2016 so getting it up and running again is proving a bit of a task! As I've been look through the previous results that I've got I see a number of LDWA members have taken part so wanted to share the news. We have the website up and running at:
http://www.highpeak40.co.uk/index.html
And you can find us on social media, look for High Peak 40 on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

Also if any of you have any old results (particularly the results booklets that used to be sent out) or any other memorabilia from prior editions you could share that would be amazing. The history of the race hasn't been well preserved in the documents and files I've been passed over, so reconstructing it so it can be shared more widely is something extra I'm trying to do!
