General Notes

Average pace 2.7 miles per hour. Essex Way, Colne Valley, Stour Valley, St Edmund Way & a tourist �paradise� in Constable country. Anticipate to finish at Manningtree station for the 5.20 train. Picnic stops & woodland facilities during the day. Ice Cream & other such delicacies can be found during the afternoon.
