The 20ml is a circular route via Beachy Head, the Seven Sisters & Cuckmere Valley to Alfriston where there will be a lunch stop then return via the Inland section of the South Downs Way. The 26 mile walk is the same but the the addition of a visit to Firle Beacon. The 26ml day will involve one lunch stop at Firle Beacon (weather permitting) & one drinks stop only at Afriston. Toilets will be available (subject to being open on the day) for both walks at Birling Gap (around 4 miles) & Alfriston. Please note that this is a relatively demanding & hilly route
