This linear route goes the way of Alderwasley to reach Wirksworth & then tackles paths to the National Stone Centre & on to Bonsall to then climb out & drop into Matlock Bath before going via Starkholmes & Riber Castle to finish in Matlock at the railway station for a train, if required, back to Ambergate
