Circular route on footpaths, tracks, towpaths and some roads. Start time are 04.00 for slower walkers, 06:00 for strong walkers/joggers, up to 07.00 for runners in 5 minute blocks and the 8-stage relay mass start at 08.00

Organised by Rotherham Harriers & AC through TRA; minimum age (under TRA rules) 20. Online entry only. The event is registered through the Trail Runners Association (affiliated to UK Athletics) and covered by their group insurance.

Athletic club members 29 non-members + 2 includes refreshments at checkpoints and meal at finish, with badge & certificate to all finishers and an award for 10 completions. Also, 8-stage relay £30 Online entries through Fabian4 open on 1st March and close Sunday September 29th. Orders for T-shirt close 15th September
