10/04/25 Hertfordshire bluebells ...hopefully

15 of us started off yesterday from Wheathampstead under overcast skies, hoping that the 'Hertfordshire Bluebells hopefully ' walk would deliver .... and it did. The bluebells smelt gorgeous and the sun came out for our lunch stop in the Crinkle Crankle garden. The afternoon saw us head through Devils Dyke and across Hertfordshire farmland to enjoy the grandeur of the Brocket Hall Estate. We also spotted some other lovely properties on route.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
