West Malling station outside main entrance. himself.stormy.replenish 9.00am start to coincide with train arriving from London Victoria at 8.51, or from Maidstone at 8.40
Figure of 8 route, 10mls in the morning and 6mls in the afternoon, so very easy for those who want a shorter walk on the day. 1038ft of ascent, so a relatively flat walk, with most of the ascent in the morning. Moderate pace between 2.5 and 3.00mph
General Notes
For those driving, card payment is available in the larger east car park and charge is currently £3.00. The west car park is payment via the Apcoa app and charge is currently £3.50. Toilets should be available at West Malling Park, around 9.30am. (assuming they have been opened in time) Picnic Lunch will be in West Malling, which is 10 miles and toilets will also be available at this point
