Meet at start of South Downs Way at bottom of slope by finger post //wide.whites.calculatng. Parking in road where King Edwards Parade & Dukes Drive meet
This is a circular route via Beachy Head, the Seven Sisters & Cuckmere Valley to Alfriston, where there will be a lunch stop & then return via inland section of South Downs Way. Toilets will be available (subject to being open on the day) at Birling Gap (around 4 miles) & Alfriston. There are also toilets a couple of hundred yards from the start of the walk, at Helen’s Gardens, although I cannot guarantee these will be open

Please note this is a relatively demanding & hilly route.
