Entry fee £12.00 (LDWA), £15 (non LDWA) - Children U16 free but must walk with parent /guardian. Dogs allowed but must be under constant control.

I understand that particular terms & conditions, along with a risk assessment, apply to this event, which can be found on the drop down menu's above. I understand that by entering this event I have familiarized myself with them and will comply with them.
Full refund up to 1 month before event minus SI Entries admin fee. After that no refund due to admin costs.

This event is open to LDWA, Non LDWA and runners. Limit 150. Waiting list when full. Entries on the day are £20 cash for the correct amount (we don't do change). U18'S must be LDWA members or walk with parent or guardian. U16's are free but only if accompanied on the walk by parents or guardian. Dogs allowed but only on a lead and under constant control.
We aim to cater for meat/fish eaters and vegetarians. If you have special dietary requirements beyond that, please contact the organiser for more information. However, due to the nature of the catering arrangements, we cannot guarantee food provided will be free from all potential allergens.

Tea and toast at registration, snacks and cold drinks between loops, meal at finish, badge and certificate. Please bring your own mug to use on the event. NO MUG= NO DRINK!

| Aim: |
To walk or run as many different loops of the route as you wish. Loops are 11.6 miles, 7.2 miles and 4.2 miles (18.5km, 11.5km or 6.7km).
To finish by 5.30pm

Equipment:
|
This event goes over moorland terrain, urban terrain and roads. It will also be taking place in early winter where the nights are drawing in and the weather can be inclement. As a minimum you are required to have with you waterproof clothing, a spare top, suitable footwear, a head or hand torch with spare batteries, a first aid kit. A compass, whistle, a survival bag(not blanket) a route description and map of the route (electronic ones are allowed provided they are downloaded, enough power is in the device and a back up power supply is available).
It is advised to ensure you have some form of reflective makings on clothes or your rucksack and its advised also to carry a mobile telephone in the event you need to contact HQ in an emergency.
The HQ contact number will be advised on the day.
Entrants will need to supply their own copies of the route description and maps (explorer 288) as no copies will be supplied on the day.

In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure or Restrictions placed upon the event organisers by National or Local Government. A refund will be given to entrants minus the SI Entries fee and any admin costs incurred by The Irregulars.
