Using the Cumbria Way onto High Pike the plan will then be to traverse Carrock Fell on the way to Mungrisdale. A low-level return by Berrier Hill will also visit remote Hutton Roof & Hesket Newmarket on the northern fringes on the National Park

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
