Cumbria LDWA - 50th Anniversary Walk - Midsummer Meander

50th Anniversary Walk - Midsummer Meander

As part of celebrations to mark the 50th Anniversary of the LDWA, the Cumbria group are planning to hold a 40-mile social walk in June 2022 entitled Midsummer Meander.

The walk will take place on Saturday 18th June 2022 with an 06:30 start, with the aim to finish before sunset.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
