St Austell station, again with your host, Ian
Assemble at St Austell train station at 09:50 am. Those coming by train from Penzance can take the 07.51 train from Penzance, arrives in St Austell at 09.46. Those coming from Exeter direction can take the 07.26 train from Tiverton Parkway (07:40 Exeter, 08.40 Plymouth, 09:09 from Liskeard etc) arriving St Austell at 09.41. Circular Walk finishing back at St Austell Station. Frequent trains back to Penzance or Exeter directions
General Notes
Circular walk taking in SW Coast Path to Pentewan. Inland to Heligan and then down to Mevagissy . Back on to coast path then a flat inland return to St Austell. Approx. 26km. Moderately difficult with strenuous coast path sections. Bring a packed lunch and clothing appropriate to expected weather. Please contact Ian if you wish to bring a dog
