A long standing issue in the Cornwall and Devon group is that often members incur expenses when marshalling or leading walks but don't for some reason or other, claim for their expenses.

In order to make it easier for group members to claim for expenses incurred for group purposes such as recceing walk routes etc, an expenses claim form has been produced which can be accessed here and emailed to treasurer.cornwallanddevon@ldwa.org.uk for approval and payment. If associated with a challenge event please ensure you copy in the event organiser.
