The Parking area is at the end of the Sir William byway - S32 5QT (if coming from the A623, easiest access is via Foolow. Follow the lane to the Barrel Inn at Bretton & continue east to the sharp bend where there is parking)
The 3 Ethels & Durham Edge 416m (set on private land but we will get as close as we can by crossing over access land). Burton Bole, 417m & lastly Sir William Hill 429m. Crossing over Abney Moor & Eyam Moor. With some tumulus finding along the way & a possible stone circle. 1086 ft of ascent - 5 hours of walking
General Notes
For those people who are into Ethel bagging this would be a good walk to do. Bring packed lunch.
PLEASE contact Alex beforehand if you are intending to do this walk. This is in order that if the weather is not suitable on the day he can contact you to inform you that it has been cancelled but hopefully not
