- SB read out walks from HP website and said a few more were to be finalised. Still aiming for two walks a month. Christmas likely to be 6th December. Need walks for October and November.
- LY - 39 entrants so far for GVC, closes 27th Sept. Tweaks to CP opening/closing times to be made. Volunteer list is coming together.
- LW 100 - Thornbridge Outdoors, Bakewell = HQ. They’ve confirmed booking but don’t require a deposit yet as 2028 pricing not available yet. Peveril Centre, Castleton = breakfast. Route almost ready, just waiting for John W to check a couple of points. Logo approved by LY.
- RT fed back from last weeks Local Groups meeting. Agreed we don’t need more than 4 mailboxes. Lost LDPs to be circulated/considered. Merchandise/logo to be discussed. Need more examples and data about other groups. Shelly raised the issue of leaders and committee members not being identified on walks.
