1. Apologies received from Alec Horn prior to the meeting.  In attendance Jim Bosworth (Chair), Rachel Toplis (Secretary), Lavinia Yates (Treasurer), Sandra Butcher (Walks Co-Ordinator), John Whitworth (Millstone 100 Chair).
2. JW explained the Millstone 100 route has been split into 12 recce routes.  These are not to be recce-ed, before we recce them as Social Walks.  JW stressed High Peak need to have first choice on roles.  RT to check the list we currently have, JB will then send a bulk email.  Jerry suggested the Walk Leader takes responsibility of their section for the duration and maintains regular recces/checks.  LY queried whether Andy Brooks from Peak Running would be involved.  LY mentioned (as RT has previously) that Peak Running already have an event called Millstone 100.  It was agreed we might need a new name for the 100.
3. LY has received Andy’s considerations and recommendations for improvements for the GVC.  To be reviewed/discussed further.  The event made approx. £2,000 profit.
4. SB has walks in the pipeline until April, but won’t plan any further than that.
5. RT summarised the Local Groups weekend and will follow up with an email.
6. New date agreed Sun 8th Feb (with a meeting on Mon 2nd to prep).  Jerry co-opted in as Walks Co-Ordinator in the meantime.  RT to arrange permissions.  JB will contact current committee members regarding re-elections.
7. Merch - RT agreed to pick this up again.
