Be aware of the one-way system in and out of the c.p. No parking charge
This is intended to be a final walk prior to the FoS100 & is aimed at N&S members that shall be doing the main FoS100 event. Naturally anyone else is also very welcome. Conventional wisdom suggests walkers should rest for a week before the Hundred, hence this is being offered as a decent final workout.
From Swaffham town we head along paths & bridleways generally towards Castle Acre where we shall have a lunch break. The return journey is via similar pathways. There is minimal road walking although we have to have cross some major roads (e.g A47)
General Notes
Paths along the route are mainly good & should be similar terrain to that of the FoS100. Please bring enough food & drink to last the day; there may be options at Castle Acre
