We leave Halesworth via Millennium Green and follow quiet lanes and cross-field paths to our first stop at St Andrews Church, Bramfield, opposite a
wonderful crinkle-crankle wall.
Our walk continues through Suffolk countryside to Yoxford, full of beautiful architecture and antique shops, with our lunch in the shade of St Peter’s
Church (opp. the village stores, and close by The Griffin pub)
After lunch we say hello to Yoxford man, and walk through open fields at Rookery Park with undulating and zig-zagging countryside paths into
Saxmundham
