We will head out of the c.p along the beach & through the reed beds to Walberswick, where we will turn inland before reaching the coast again at Southwold Pier. Time for a break here with plenty of refreshments on offer & an opportunity to use the toilets. We will then take the sea front through Southwold picking up the Sandlings Walk back up the river & out into the commons & onto Dunwich Forest before returning to the start

A reasonably short walk to welcome in the new year. In what is now becoming a tradition there will an opportunity for a dip at the end so don't forget your budgie smugglers & bikinis! There is no official charge for the c.p but donations for charity are appreciated. A café & toilets can also be found at the c.p
