Braithwaite, end of track beyond chapel

Alternative parking in quarry NY227237 or school NY232237. Four loops each going to the summit of a Wainwright fell & each with a different character. South goes to Barrow, West goes to Barf, North visits Dodd & East completes the round with a trip to Latrigg. Distances shown are cumulative totals for the four loops. Each loop ends back at the start

General Notes
Total ascent 6100 ft. (Loops approx 1300ft, 2100ft, 1500ft, 1300ft). Starting at 8am we should be finished by 8pm, but bring a headtorch in case (Twilight ends 20:27) Please note this is a social walk and not a challenge event. Braithwaite has pubs, a shop & cafe but please bring enough food with you for the day
